Ingredients: Vinegar, Artichoke
It is produced by natural fermentation method without filtration and pasteurization.
Storage Conditions and Warnings: Keep the lid closed in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight. After opening the lid, store in the refrigerator.
After the lid is opened, as long as air gets, sediment, discoloration and a transparent layer called "main" may form on the vinegar surfaces. These do not indicate that the vinegar has deteriorated, but that the fermentation continues and the vinegar is not filtered. You can use the vinegar by filtering it again. There may be color differences between the products according to the type and harvest dates of the fruits.
Usage: Shake it before use.
